Light Bulb Moment
What would you do if you discovered that your friends were merely your imagination? Would you choose to live in the fantasy, or would you find the courage to move forward, say goodbye to them, and embrace the world ahead?

Inspiration
The story was inspired by a class assessment focused on transforming a circle into a square. I chose light as my medium and explored some of the physics, such as reflection and the effects of small holes.

Ava is a shy, gentle, and introverted girl, yet she yearns for the warmth of friendship. She lives with her three best friends, each one bringing something special to her world. Domi is the playful mastermind, knowing every game and always ready for fun. Cida is the heart of the group, patiently caring for everyone and making sure no one feels left out. And then there's Bobby, strong and protective, always ready to stand guard and make sure everyone feels safe and cared for. Together, they form a tight-knit circle, filling Ava’s life with laughter, love, and support.

Scene
Ava lives in a simple, normal room, but her three friends aren’t real—they’re illusions, existing only in her mind. Domi, Bobby, and Cida are distorted versions of Ava, or what she wishes she could be, living in a space that feels like her brain.

In Production
To make the nucleus illuminate, I need to repeatedly turn the light on and off for each frame.
